Rental is $300 without kitchen use
Rental is $350 with kitchen use
$100 deposit (no alcohol use)
$200 deposit if alcohol is used
Deposit is refunded if hall is not damaged

Non Smoking Room
Rental is $50
Deposit of $25
Deposit is refunded if no damage
